The Platform is intended for use in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Use of the Platform in jurisdictions where it would be unlawful is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep this information updated. HF Global Ltd may reject registrations at its sole discretion.
Upon registration you will be assigned a unique Quiz ID (format: QGL-XXXXXXXX). This identifier is used to manage your account and for support purposes. You must not attempt to use or impersonate another Host's Quiz ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
Each individual or business entity may operate one Host account unless expressly agreed otherwise with HF Global Ltd in writing.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, HF Global Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of creating and broadcasting live interactive quizzes to your audience.
You agree to use the Platform only in a manner that:
You are solely responsible for all Content you create, upload, or broadcast using the Platform. HF Global Ltd does not pre-screen Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any Content at any time.
You must not create, upload, or broadcast Content that:
(a) Is illegal or harmful:If you become aware of Content on the Platform that you believe violates these Terms, please report it to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
By uploading or creating Content on the Platform, you warrant and represent that:
(a) You are the original creator of the Content, or you hold a valid licence permitting its use on the Platform; (b) Your Content does not infringe the copyright, trade mark, database rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) You have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, and consents for any third-party material included in your Content; (d) Where you use AI-generated content (including via our AI Quiz Builder), you have reviewed it for accuracy and copyright compliance before publishing, and you accept sole responsibility for it; (e) Any music, audio clips, or video clips used in your quizzes are either your own original work, licensed under a Creative Commons or equivalent open licence, or covered by a streaming platform licence you hold (e.g. Twitch Music Catalogue).The following are expressly prohibited:
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HF Global Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, costs, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
(a) Any copyright, trade mark, or other intellectual property infringement arising from your Content; (b) Any third-party claim that your Content violates their rights; (c) Your breach of the warranties in Section 7.1.HF Global Ltd operates a notice-and-takedown procedure for copyright complaints. If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright:
(a) Submit a written notice to [CONTACT EMAIL] including:- Your full name and contact details
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the Content on the Platform that you claim is infringing
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf
(b) We will acknowledge your notice within 2 business days and investigate promptly (c) If we determine the complaint is valid, we will remove the Content and notify the Host (d) The Host has the right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was made in errorAll trade marks, service marks, logos, and branding associated with QuizGames Live are the property of HF Global Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Your licence to use the Platform does not grant you any right to use our intellectual property for any other purpose.
HF Global Ltd operates as a platform host and not a publisher of Host Content. In accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and applicable UK law, HF Global Ltd is not liable for infringing Content hosted on the Platform provided it acts expeditiously to remove Content upon receiving valid notice of infringement. This safe harbour protection does not apply if HF Global Ltd has actual knowledge of infringement and fails to act.
Access to the Platform is subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee for your chosen Plan. Current pricing is published at [PRICING PAGE URL] and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods of use. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our part that materially prevented use of the Platform.
If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, no refund of subscription fees will be made.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
HF Global Ltd reserves the right to:
(a) Remove or restrict access to any Content that violates these Terms or our Brand Guidelines; (b) Issue formal warnings to Hosts who breach these Terms; (c) Suspend or terminate a Host account for material or repeated breaches; (d) Report Content to relevant authorities where legally required.Except in cases requiring immediate action (see 9.3), we follow a graduated process:
We reserve the right to skip steps where the severity of the breach warrants it.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice where:
(a) Content is illegal, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, or fraud; (b) There is an ongoing risk of harm to Viewers or third parties; (c) You have committed serious or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) We receive a valid legal order requiring suspension or removal.Written notice of suspension will be provided as soon as practicable after immediate action is taken.
If your account is suspended or Content is removed, you may submit an appeal to [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days of the action. Appeals will be reviewed by a different person to the one who took the original action and a decision will be communicated within 10 business days. The outcome of the appeal process is final.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [CONTACT EMAIL]. On closure, your Content will be removed from the Platform within 30 days subject to our Data Retention Policy.
HF Global Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform. Our full Privacy Policy is available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].
When you conduct Live Sessions, you may process personal data of Viewers (such as usernames). You are an independent data controller in respect of any personal data you collect from your audience. You are responsible for ensuring your own processing complies with UK GDPR and any applicable data protection laws.
Your rights under UK GDPR are set out in our Privacy Policy, including your rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [DATA PROTECTION EMAIL].
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to Connected Platforms operated by third parties.
HF Global Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Host Content. We are not liable for any claims arising from a Host's Content or their conduct during Live Sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HF Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of audience arising from use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer (not a business), your statutory rights are not affected.
QuizGames Live integrates with third-party streaming platforms. These platforms have their own terms of service and community guidelines, which you must comply with. HF Global Ltd is not responsible for your compliance with third-party platform rules.
Use of the TikTok integration requires TikFinity, a third-party application. TikFinity is not operated by HF Global Ltd. We make no representations about TikFinity's availability, reliability, or compliance with TikTok's terms.
AI-generated content produced via the AI Quiz Builder and AI Cover Design Lab is generated by third-party AI services. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any AI-generated content before publishing it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] with details of your complaint. We will respond within 10 business days.
If you are using the Platform in the course of a business, these Terms are the entire agreement between us. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer protection legislation.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Brand Guidelines, and Copyright & Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HF Global Ltd in relation to the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by HF Global Ltd to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor to our business.
